TOBERMAN IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES & PACKAGES DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT OR DELIVERY. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF RE-SHIPPING.
PROCESSING TIME
Please allow 1-3 business days for normal processing time. Allow an additional 2-4 business days during busy periods.Additional processing period may be necessary based on inventory availability.Quoted delivery days displayed at checkout are estimated transit times after your order has been shipped.Packages are shipped in the order they are placed based on availability.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES, & MISSING ITEMS
ALL CLAIMSARE REQUIRED WITHIN 7-DAYS.Special periods apply to certain claims such as missing items.An Order No. is required for all returns and exchanges. Merchandise may be returned within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise and are subject to a 25% restocking fee, with a $10.00 minimum charge. Returns for store credit will not be charged the restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.Customer has 3-days from date of delivery to make any missing items claim. We take claims very seriously and make thorough investigations. We match actual shipment weight to a duplicated order along with other verification processes including warehouse photo evidence to ensure missing claims are valid.Size exchanges are welcome. Exchanges must be of equal total value or higher to avoid incurring a restocking fee.Returns must be new, unworn, and in original condition. We will inspect items individually to approve the condition of all returned goods.Size and colorway exchanges are without fees.Buyer is responsible for all fees associated with roundtrip return/exchange shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable.We reserve the right to refuse return shipments without an authorize RA#.
REFUNDS/CREDIT
Returns will be refunded to your original account within 1-3 business days. Your bank may take 2-5 business days to process the return.You may receive store credit for returns/defects/missing items. Store credit do not expire.
DAMAGE/DEFECTIVE ITEM CLAIMS
All damage/defective item claims must be made within3-days of receipt(not 7 days). We require individualized photo-proof of every damaged item as well as a photo of all damaged products together.We take all claims very seriously and will conduct a thorough assessment and investigation. False claims will result in a permanent deactivation of your account.Such claims cannot be made after it has left the customer's original shipping destination - for example: items that has been shipped to screenprinters or dye-house.We are not liable for any damages incurred by third-party operators. Damage claims are strictly for defective goods that were originally damaged at our factory/distribution point during production. Our products are not manufactured near any ink or liquids that may stain the goods.If your package is shipped directly to your printing company, it is your responsibility to assure that the items are clear of any damages within 3 days. Proceeding to print will void all claims.All items within the claim must be in original condition - not printed on or altered in any way.Item must be in new and unworn condition.We only process replacements for items included in the approved claim. For example, if there are 6 black hoodies in the claim, the exchange/refund/credit will be exclusive to them. No interchangeability.Approved claims are valid for full refunds, exchange, or store credit.Claims on items are required to be returned.
